To register an Account and use USpin Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on USpin. Opening, operating or using multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must not be subject to any voluntary self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion from the Platform or from any other gambling platform in your jurisdiction. USpin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in temporary suspension of deposit, wagering or withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.
Your use of the USpin Platform is subject to the following general terms, which apply to all Services provided:
The Platform and all Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use USpin on behalf of any third party, for professional or commercial purposes, or as part of any organised betting syndicate unless expressly permitted in writing by the Operator.
Funds deposited into your Account are held for the sole purpose of placing wagers on the Platform. USpin is not a financial institution. Account balances do not carry interest. You may not transfer funds between USpin Accounts or use the Platform as a payment service.
The Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. USpin accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by your hardware, software, internet service provider or network conditions — including mobile network performance in Pakistani cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
USpin endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates and events beyond the Operator's control may result in temporary unavailability.
All deposits into your USpin Account must be made through the payment methods listed and available within your registered account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

You confirm that all funds deposited into your USpin Account belong to you and are derived from legitimate sources. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.
Deposit processing times vary by method. Most deposits are credited instantly; however, the Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network interruptions.

Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Welcome offers are generally available to new Players upon their first qualifying deposit. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or used in a manner inconsistent with the stated promotion terms. The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the USpin platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules may supplement or modify these general rules where applicable.
All bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at any time, including where a technical error in odds presentation has occurred, where a bet is placed on a suspended market, or where suspicious betting activity is identified.
Live in-play betting markets — including those covering PSL matches, ICC cricket tournaments, football and UFC events — are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction or manifest pricing error, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a verifiable technical error will not be paid out.
Bet settlement will be conducted in accordance with the applicable sport or game rules. Official results from recognised governing bodies will be used for settlement purposes. The Operator's settlement decisions, following due review, are final.

USpin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money funds remaining after settlement of outstanding wagers and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification completion.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disputes and governing law survive termination.
USpin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may be given via email notification to your registered address, a platform notification within your account, or a prominent notice on the website.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's license jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact USpin's support team to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration mechanisms specified under the Operator's applicable licensing framework.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
